Do you need to add, change or delete the trip reason?
Here's how to do those:
- log into the ingogo Business Dashboard, on the horizontal menu bar, click on "Trips"
- search or scroll to find the trip you need
- each trip has a column called "Reason", this is where we add, change or delete the trip reason
- click on the "Add Reason" button, once you've typed the reason, click save
To change or delete an existing trip reason
- click on the existing trip reason - either change the content in the box or delete (so it's blank), then click save
