- To add a staff member to a payment method click on the ‘Staff’ tab on the navigation area and click on the ‘Add staff’ button on the top right of screen
- Fill out the details of your staff member. When you get to the payment methods field, simply type in the description you gave the card in Step 1 and the option will appear.
- Select a stored payment method by clicking on it. The staff member can use more than one method, just select all the ones you want them to use.
- Click the ‘Add +’ button to submit Untitled
That’s it, your staff will receive an email letting them know they’ve been added and they can also continue using ingogo to book and pay for trips using their associated payment methods.
