- Along the menu bar, you’ll find a ‘Payment Methods’ tab, click on it
- You’re now in the Payment Methods screen, click on the ‘Add payment method’ button at the top right hand side
- Enter your Account name (this will appear in the passenger app under ‘Payment details’)
- Complete the card details, and don’t forget to add an email address so we can send you receipts
- You can also choose to send a copy of the trip receipt to your passenger email as well as your Account email
- Set a Travel Policy for this payment method to easily identify fraudulent staff travel
- Click Submit
Note: You can add more methods by simply repeating the steps above.
